Hazmatpac has an entire inventory of various insulated shipping boxes. This kit is designed for shipping four 1-liter samples that require a climate-controlled temperature. The UN1507 insulated shipping box kit comes with an outer box, cooler, foam divider and four (4) yellow 1-liter absorbent lined bags. Each kit comes completely assembled with closure instructions printed on the inner flap.
These insulated shipping boxes are available either empty, or they can be purchased with a variation of glass, plastic, or metal containers, all of which meet required 100 kPa testing. The UN1507 complete shipping cooler system is a 4GV UN-certified packaging system that provides all the required components for the safe transport of hazardous materials by air, ground or maritime shipping. They are certified 4GV/X23/S/**/USA/+CN****.
Hazmatpac products are certified through an independent laboratory and pass all International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) Project 3 testing for overnight environments.
