The UN450 is a certified one-gallon tight head drum which includes a ¾’’ bung (Reike) that incorporates a poly-irradiated gasket. This drum is found throughout the oil and gas industry and is used for shipping samples of hydrocarbons and associated products. The drums have a rust-inhibiting lining. There are 2-, 4-, and 6-millimeter liner bags available to cover the drum or line the inside of a pail. (Can’t line the inside of a closed top pail.)

The Hazmatpac one-gallon tight head drums are double-chimed. They have a UN rating of 1A1/X1.5/250/20. UN-certified boxes for single, double and quad applications are available.
