Hazmatpac’s 5-Gallon Tight Head Black Pail has a Rust Inhibitor Lining. This special lining slows the oxidation process and increases the life of the steel. The black pail also features a 2” and a 3/4" bung with a polyurethane gasket. Polygaskets are known for their superb weight-bearing quality without the fear of cracking or tearing. They are also unaffected by the properties of oil or chemicals, making it an incredibly versatile solution to an array of products.

Please note that in order to close the five-gallon black tight head, you will need the W502 closing tool.

The Hazmatpac UN455 can come with a variety of liner bags ranging from 2, 4, and 6 mils. These available liners can either cover the outside of the drum or line the interior of a pail. Ask a Sales Representative for more information about these various lining options.

The 5-Gallon Rust-Inhibited Black Tight Head has received 1A1/X1.8/300/20 rating and can withstand a torque of 40/20.
