HAZMATPAC's openhead five gallon drums are tested in combination with our 4G outer corrugated packaging. The black inner drum (UN-4G477) is lined with a rust inhibitor coating and fitted with a flex spout. The grey inner drum (UN-4G477EP) is lined with a 70% epoxy - 30% phenolic coating and fitted with a flex spout. The combination packaging comes completely assembled with required 3M #375 clear packaging tape for final closing. Requires W-520 closing tool to properly apply lid. (Flex spouts come attached to the lid, no tool required). UN-4500 is outer box.

HAZMATPAC's tighthead five gallon drums are tested in combination with our 4G outer corrugated packaging. The natural inner plastic tighthead drum (UN-4G466-N) and the blue plastic tighthead drum(UN-4G466-B) are constructed from durable HDPE. The UN-4G466 includes top, bottom and side pad. The combination packaging comes completely assembled with required 3M #375 clear packaging tape for final closing. Requires closing tool W-514. UN-4630 is outer box.
