HAZMATPAC's tighthead five gallon drums are tested in combination with our 4G outer corrugated packaging. The black inner drum (UN-4G455) is lined with a rust inhibitor coating and fitted with polyethylene gaskets on the 2" & 3/4" bungs. The grey inner drum (UN-4G455EP) is lined with a 70% epoxy - 30% phenolic coating and fitted with synthetic rubber gaskets on the 2" & 3/4" bungs. The combination packaging comes completely assembled with required 3M #375 clear packaging tape for final closing. Requires closing tool W-501 for UN-4G455EP and W-502 closing tool for UN-4G455. UN-4510 is outer box.

Requires W-520 closing tool to properly apply lid. UN-4500 is outer box.
