Seamless Aluminum Bottle

HAZMATPAC's is very pleased to announce the introduction of our new seamless aluminum bottle line. Our bottles are made from the highest quality aluminum alloy with 99.5% pure aluminum. Each bottle is made with over 10% more aluminum than the competitors, or 15 grams. More aluminum means heavier wall thickness for a stronger more durable bottle. You can feel the difference by squeezing the two bottles with your hands, HAZMATPAC's is stronger. WYLE Laboratories tested our bottles with our caps and plugs as required in CFR 49 section 173.27 pressure test to an incredible 350 kPa. HAZMATPAC's new heavy duty large cap bottle maintains the standard bottle opening size but increases the diameter of the threads for the cap. The larger cap thread diameter creates a more positive closure with better torquing and holding power. The larger cap also allows for a larger lip on top of the bottle, this resists denting better than a smaller lip. HAZMATPAC also provides the best 4G outer box on the market. The complete packaging system comes completely assembled with all required components including the outer sealing tape. The outer box dimensions are 8" x 8" x 11". HAZMATPAC also stocks a convenient non-UN four pack outer shipping carton for the shipping of four assembled UN-2300.
